If your ad data is not syncing in hours or days, you need to repair your API connection with the ad platforms by resyncing the connection.

How To Resync Ad Platform Profile Connection

If your ad data has not synced in the last few hours or days, you need to resync your ad platform profile connection to Cometly. After you resync, any data that was missing in the last 48 hours will automatically catch up. Please give the system 1 hour to catch up the missing data.

In order to fix this API connection issue, first navigate to the Profile Integrations page:

Once you are on this page, click Resync to repair your API connection with the ad platforms.

After you resync, give the Cometly system about 1 hour to start collecting new data again, and up to 4 hours for Cometly to recover all past data from the past 48 hours.

*If you are missing data from more than 48 hours ago, please reach out to Cometly support so our team can retrieve the missing data.
