This article will show you the various ways to export your data within Cometly for use with either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ads Manager
Campaign, Ad Set, or Ad Data
If you are simply wanting to export campaign, ad set, or ad data from the Ads Manager, you will hover over the campaign/ad set/ad you wish to export; right click; and select 'Export':
Specific Event Data
If wanting to only export customer information from a specific event, you will locate the event within the Ads Manager, and then click on the number associated with that event to pull up the relevant customer profiles:
From there, you will click the blue 'Download' button in the upper right hand corner:
Report Builder & Dashboards
Similar to how you pulled data from specific events in the Ads Manager, you will follow the same process for any reports built using the Report Builder.
First, you'll navigate to a report and select a specific metric and select the blue number to pull up the associated profiles:
Then, like before, we will click the 'Download' button in the upper right hand corner:
