ClickBank TID not passing to offer from your landing page
ClickBank TID not passing to offer from your landing page

Additional tips to implement when your URL parameters are not passing through correctly to your ClickBank offer from your landing page.

Updated over a month ago

Below are a few tips and additional options to try when your landing page is not passing the URL parameters through to the ClickBank order form page correctly.

Confirm Cometly ClickBank Integration Setup

Ensure you have followed every step and video in the ClickBank Integration Setup article:

Add Cometly ClickBank Script To Pass TID

Double check that you've added the Cometly script to your landing page just above the </body> tag on your landing page.

Additional Tips To Troubleshoot The Issue

Make sure your ClickBank 'Hop Link' on your landing page is encrypted

Generate an encrypted ClickBank Hop Link inside your ClickBank account and ensure it matches the offer URL on your landing page. Please search the ClickBank help center or reach out to ClickBank support to learn where to generate your encrypted hop link.

Check your button that links to your ClickBank hop link

  • Ensure there are no 'animations' on the landing page button where you added your ClickBank hop link.

  • Ensure that the button does not redirect to a new tab. It should open in the same tab.

Try a new ClickBank offer

Some vendors on ClickBank setup Hop Links that do not carry URL parameters over to the order form page correctly. Unfortunately there is nothing Cometly can do about this. Try putting a different Hop Link on your landing page from another offer and see if the URL parameters pass through with that offer link.

If they do pass through, then you know that original offer you tried to run is having tracking problems and you might not want to run that ClickBank offer.
