If you have sales in BuyGoods and do not see the sales in Cometly, one of the following is occurring:
BuyGoods Data Delay: Cometly takes up to 1 hour in some cases to display BuyGoods sales.
BuyGoods Integration Incorrectly Setup: You have missed a critical setup step that is causing Cometly not to track.

Add Cometly postback URL to BuyGoods
The Cometly BuyGoods postback URL sends purchase data to Cometly every time a sale occurs. Please ensure that you have followed the setup article instructions.
If you are using multiple spaces in Cometly, ensure that you have copied the Cometly BuyGoods postback URL from the correct space. Check the link to ensure it matches what you have added in BuyGoods.
Add scripts to your landing page
You need to ensure that you have added all of the codes in the article to your landing page to ensure the URL parameters from your ads are passing correctly to BuyGoods. Please ensure that you have followed the setup article instructions.
Install Cometly base code pixel in the code section of your BuyGoods offer
It's important that you have installed the codes on the correct offer that you are running traffic to. If you are running multiple offers, you will need to complete the setup for each offer.
Track VSL and Checkout metrics
If you are not seeing the View Content (VSL/TSL visits) and Initiate Checkout (checkouts) events inside Cometly, you have incorrectly setup the code scripts on your BuyGoods offer. It's important that you have installed the codes on the correct offer that you are running traffic to. If you are running multiple offers, you will need to complete the setup for each offer.
Add URL parameters to your ads for traffic going to BuyGoods offers
If you have incorrectly setup your parameters, Cometly will not be able to track the BuyGoods data back to the correct ads. Please ensure that you have setup the URL parameters correctly by following the setup steps below for each ad platform.

Connect your ad accounts
If you do not have your ad accounts connected to the space, Cometly's tracking in the Cometly ads manager will not work as we are not pulling any data from your ad accounts. Please see the following setup steps to ensure you have correctly connected your ad accounts to the space.
Import active campaigns and turn on tracking
If you are not seeing any data in Cometly, then you may have not turned on tracking. Tracking must be turned on in order for Cometly to track in the Cometly ads manager. Please see the step-by-step instructions for turning on tracking and importing existing active campaigns.
