Third-Party Embedded Forms
If you are using third-party embedded forms, (e.g., you placed a code snippet on your web page from a third-party app), then you may need to take additional steps to ensure the Cometly Pixel is automatically capturing form field data. We have help articles for each of our supported third-party forms. If you do not see your third-party form listed, please reach out to support.
(Advanced) Form Field Identifiers
The Cometly Pixel will automatically capture the first name, last name, full name, email address, and phone number on almost all native website forms. There are rare cases with custom forms where the Cometly Pixel does not automatically capture the form field data. If you are not using a third-party embedded form, and the form is native on your website, you may need to edit the form field id's so the Cometly Pixel can capture data.
