How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by navigating to the bottom left of the app, and click on your profile area. Then click the 'Billing' tab in the panel that pops up.

On the Billing page, you will see a blue square button that says "Change Plan”. Click this button.

You will be redirected to a page where you will see your current plan shown. Underneath where your plan is listed, you will see a slider bar where you can adjust your plan. Click and drag the knob on the slider bar to adjust your plan.

To upgrade your account, first use the toggle to select whether you want to pay monthly or annually. Then, slide the knob to the right to upgrade your plan, or you can slide the knob to the left to downgrade. Once you have landed on the Cometly plan you wish to switch to - click the blue “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.

Your account has now been upgraded and you can continue tracking your ads!

If for some reason the buttons on any of these pages are not working for you, double check that you do not have any Ad Blocker tools turned on.

If you do not have any ad blocker tools turned on, and you still cannot change your plan, then contact support by clicking the "Messenger" icon in the bottom right corner of your screen right now.
