In this article we will show you how to send paid orders from BigCommerce to Cometly using Zapier.
If you do not wish to use Zapier, you will have to consult a developer to set up BigCommerce Webhooks to send paid orders. You can use Cometly Webhooks if you decide to use BigCommerce Webhooks as an alternative to Zapier.
Please follow the steps below for setting up BigCommerce in Zapier to send paid orders to Cometly using Zapier.
BigCommerce Paid Orders to Cometly Zap
Login to Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account.
Set Trigger
App: Search for and select BigCommerce.
Event: Choose
Order Status Updated(this allows you to track orders as their status changes).
Connect Account: Link your BigCommerce account to Zapier by following the authentication steps.
Filter: In the next step, add a Filter to trigger only when the order status equals "Paid" or the equivalent status used in your BigCommerce setup.
Choose Cometly as the Action
For the event action choose Send Event.
Choose Purchase event
