This article will show you how to prevent unwanted domains from being tracked as a Referral click within Cometly to ensure you are seeing accurate referral reporting. Please follow the steps in the guide below to set this up!

Step 1: Find the domain you wish to be excluded from your referral clicks by looking into the customer journey of a referral instance and checking "Details".

​Step 2: Navigate to 'Space Settings' within Cometly

Step 3: Navigate to "Traffic Permissions" and click "Add A Domain"

Step 4: Add the domain you wish to exclude and click "Add"

Finished: Your domain will now display as an excluded domain within Cometly.
