Learn how to use Zapier to send events to Cometly from Salesforce.

This article will cover configuring the usage of Cometly with Salesforce via the use of Zapier. We will walk through setting up three different Zaps that you will be able to use: one for sending leads to Cometly; one for sending opportunities to Cometly; and one for reporting to Cometly when an opportunity is move to closed won.

IMPORTANT: If you have not already, you will need to make sure you have activated our Zapier Integration before continuing with this setup. Additionally, for the 2nd and 3rd Zaps we will cover, we recommend the use of Custom Events, please make sure to review that article before continuing as well.


Sending leads from Salesforce into Cometly

Setting up a Zap to ensure that any new leads that hit your Salesforce account get sent over to Cometly:

Sending new opportunities in Salesfroce into Cometly

Setting up a Zap to ensure that when a lead gets converted into an opportunity within Salesforce, that is tracked within Cometly.

Sending "Closed Won" opportunities in Salesforce into Cometly

Setting up a Zap that sends a purchase event to Cometly when your Opportunities get moved into "Closed Won" status.
