If you've noticed that purchases have stopped sending to the Events Log in Cometly, it could be due to your WooCommerce webhook not being set to 'Active'. Follow the steps below to verify and correct the status of your webhook.

Step-by-Step Guide to Check and Activate Your WooCommerce Webhook

  1. Log in to Your WordPress Admin Dashboard:

    • Open your browser and go to your WordPress site.

    • Enter your admin credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to WooCommerce Settings:

    • On the left-hand menu, hover over “WooCommerce” and click on “Settings”.

  3. Access the Advanced Tab:

    • Within the WooCommerce Settings, click on the “Advanced” tab located at the top of the page.

  4. Go to Webhooks:

    • In the Advanced settings section, you will see a sub-menu. Click on “Webhooks”.

  5. Locate the Webhook for Cometly:

    • You will see a list of all webhooks. Find the webhook that is set up for Cometly. If you have many webhooks, look for the one with a relevant name or delivery URL.

  6. Check the Status:

    • Click on the webhook to open its details.

    • Look for the “Status” field. Ensure it is set to “Active”. If it is set to “Disabled” or anything else, change it to “Active”.

  7. Save Changes:

    • After ensuring the status is “Active”, click the “Save Webhook” button at the bottom of the page.

  8. Verify Purchases Are Logging:

    • Perform a test purchase to confirm that the events are now being sent to the Events Log in Cometly.
