This article will explain all of the features and settings available inside the Cometly ads manager.
Customize your columns
Customize the columns inside your Cometly ads manager so you can view data exactly how you want.
Custom data presets
Customize the data columns inside your Cometly ads manager so you can see the metrics that matter to you.
Rearrange your columns
Click and drag your columns left or right to rearrange the order
Pin your most important metric columns
Pin a metric so it's always visible to you - hover over a column metric and click the three horizontal line button and then click "Pin Left" or "Pin Right"
Toggle ads on/off inside Cometly
Toggle ads off or on from directly inside the Cometly ads manager
Important notes about On/Off:
When you make a change inside Cometly, it will update your native ads manager within 1-2 seconds. However, when you make a change inside the native ads manager, it will take 30-45 minutes to update inside your Cometly ads manager.
Team members with "Viewer" level access in Cometly do not have the functionality to turn ads on or off in Cometly.
Change budgets (Not available for Google)

Important notes about Changing Budgets:
When you make a change inside Cometly, it will update your native ads manager within 1-2 seconds. However, when you make a change inside the native ads manager, it will take 30-45 minutes to update inside your Cometly ads manager.
Team members with "Viewer" level access in Cometly do not have the functionality to change budgets in Cometly.
Search Box
The Cometly ads manager search box is very powerful if you have an organized naming structure for your ads.
Filter by 'delivery' status
Inside Cometly you can filter to view ads that are Active, Inactive or All.
By default, the delivery status is set to only show "Active" ads.
Filter by 'selection'
By clicking the checkbox on specifics ads and then clicking the "Filter" button, you can filter to view only the selected ads.
This is helpful when you want to "Sum" a few specific ads together using the "totals" row at the bottom.
Daily breakdown
The daily breakdown is a powerful feature inside the Cometly ads manager that allows you to view a day by day breakdown of any ad. This allows you to analyze the performance of an ad on a daily basis to see if it's trending in the right or wrong direction.
We recommend you change the date range to less than 30 days before using this feature.
'Tracking status' preset
Use the 'Tracking Status' preset and then navigate to the ad tab in your Cometly ads manager to check that your URL parameters are configured correctly.
Important Info:
If your URL parameters are NOT set up correctly, Cometly will notify you via a red dot on your campaign name. The "Tracking Status" column will also say "Error."
Switch between ad accounts
You can easily switch between all of your ad accounts by clicking the drop down in the top left.
View all ad accounts
You can view all of your ad accounts at once inside a single data table by clicking "All Ad Accounts" at the bottom of the ad account switcher.
Export Data
Right click anywhere on the ads manager data table to export the data.
