Step 1: Navigate to the "Facebook &amp; Instagram" Sales Channel inside Shopify

Step 3: Scroll down to "Share Data" and select "Change"

Step 4: Facebook will ask you to re-authenticate/login and 'Continue'

Step 5: Toggle "Share Data" to OFF

Step 7: You should now see "Data sharing is off"

Now that you have successfully turned Facebook data-sharing "OFF" in Shopify, you may now navigate into your Cometly account and toggle our data sharing "ON" as shown in the below article below.
