If you would like to cancel your account please navigate to 'Billing' within your account and click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the steps from there.

If for some reason the buttons on this page are not working for you, double check that you do not have any Ad Blocker tools turned on.

If you do not have any ad blocker tools turned on, and you still cannot change your payment method, then contact support by clicking the "Messenger" icon in the bottom right corner of your screen right now.
