How To Configure Slack or Email Notifications
From any report, click the three-dot menu in the top right.
Select “Notify Me”.
Configure:
Report Name
Delivery Method: Slack or Email
Channel or Email Address
Frequency & Time
⚠️ Note: AI credits will be used for each notification, whether it’s Slack or Email.
Slack Channel Options
Public channels (e.g.,
#marketing-performance) can be selected immediately.Private channels require a one-time setup:
Add the Cometly app to the private channel.
Use the command:

How to Disable a Slack or Email Report
Option 1:
Go to the report, click the bell icon, and delete the notification.
Option 2:
Navigate to Notifications → Manage Email & Slack Notifications to view and manage all scheduled reports.

To resync or disconnect your Slack workspace:
Go to Notifications.
Find the Slack section.
Click Resync or Disconnect.
