How to set up automatic form tracking for WebinarJam / EverWebinar forms, enabling the Cometly Pixel to seamlessly capture form field data.

Adding the Cometly Pixel to your WebinarJam and EverWebinar forms allows you to automatically track form submissions and capture key data like email addresses, names, and more.

Follow the steps below to integrate the Cometly Pixel with your WebinarJam and EverWebinar forms.

Select Your Webinar

  1. Navigate to “My Webinars” (WebinarJam) or “My EverWebinars” (EverWebinar).

  2. Choose the webinar where you want to add the tracking script.

Edit the Webinar Setup

  1. Click on the “Edit” or “Configure” button for the selected webinar.

Locate the Custom Code Field

  1. In the webinar setup, find the “Advanced” or “Integrations” section.

    • This may also be labeled “Tracking,” “Custom Code,” or “Embed.”

  2. Look for a field titled “Add Custom Script,” “Tracking Code,” or “Custom Code Injection.”

  3. Identify the specific pages where you want to add the script:

    • Registration Page

    • Thank-You Page

    • Webinar Room

Add the Cometly Pixel

  1. Copy the Cometly Pixel code from your Cometly account.

  2. Paste the Cometly Pixel into the provided custom code field for each relevant page.

  3. Click “Save” or “Update” to apply the changes.

Test Form Tracking

Use the Cometly Pixel Helper to verify the automatic form field capture for the email address form field.
