This article will show you step-by-step how to add a Cometly Webhook into your Docusign account so Cometly can receive events when an Envelope is Signed / Completed.
Docusign Developers have a video on YouTube for you to follow along configuring the Webhook in Docusign:
Visit the Admin center in your Docusign account.
Navigate to Connect on the left panel.
Click Add Configuration and then select Custom.
Set the Status to Active Connection, name it as Cometly Webhook and then this is the box below where you will place the Cometly Webhook in later steps. Leave blank and finish configuring the Custom Configuration before placing the Cometly Webhook.
Scroll down to Event Settings and click Envelope and Recipients, then select the checkbox for Envelope Signed/Completed.
In the next step you will add the Cometly Webhook back to the top box. After you add the Cometly Webhook, you will click Add Configuration. Go to the next step to setup the Cometly Webhook prior to clicking Add Configuration.
