Adding a Webhook in Formstack
Follow these steps to add a webhook to your Formstack form. If you wish to use the Formstack help article for setting up webhooks, visit the Formstack article here.
Navigate to the Settings tab of your Formstack form and on the left panel click Emails & Actions.
Under Emails & Actions, scroll down to Advanced Settings and click Add a Webhook.
In the Send Data to External URL (Webhook) modal, configure the following:
Webhook Name: Enter a descriptive name.
Webhook URL: Add the URL provided by Cometly where the form data should be sent.
Post Data Settings: Choose
Post with sub-field namesContent Type: Select
URL-Encoded Form Dataunless instructed otherwise.Click Create Webhook to save your changes.
