Learn how to send events from Stealth Seminar to Cometly using Zapier. This integration allows you to track important webinar-related events like registrations, attendance, and purchases directly in Cometly.
What You Will Need
A Stealth Seminar account.
A Cometly account.
A Zapier account (to connect Stealth Seminar and Cometly).

Step 1: Set Up Your Stealth Seminar Trigger in Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account.
Click Create Zap to start building your workflow.
Select Stealth Seminar as the app for your Trigger.
Choose the trigger event you want to send to Cometly, such as:
New Webinar Registration: Triggered when someone registers for a webinar.
New Webinar Attendee: Triggered when someone attends a webinar.
New Purchase: Triggered when someone purchases an offer during the webinar.
Connect your Stealth Seminar account to Zapier if you haven’t already.
Test the trigger to ensure Zapier is receiving data from Stealth Seminar.
Step 2: Add Cometly as the Action
In the same Zap, add Cometly as the Action app.
Select Send Event as the action.
Map the data from Stealth Seminar to Cometly’s event fields:
Event Name: Choose a pre-configured event in Cometly or create a new event in Cometly. You can use "Webinar Registration" or create a new event called "Webinar Attendance."
Email: Use the attendee’s email address to match their data in Cometly.
Event Time: keep it default to
now
for the event time.Map any additional fields such as first name, last name, full name, phone number.
Step 3: Test and Activate the Zap
Test the Zap to ensure data is being sent correctly from Stealth Seminar to Cometly.
Check the Events Log in Cometly to verify that the test event appears and is properly tracked.
Once testing is successful, activate the Zap to begin sending live events.

Track Registrations: Automatically send webinar registrations to Cometly for attribution.
