Using the Nimbata call tracking integration, you will be able to send a Contact event to Cometly every time there is a tracked phone call. Please follow the setup instructions below to activate your Nimbata integration.

All calls will be sent as a Contact event to Cometly from Nimbata.

In your Cometly account, navigate to the Integrations page in your Cometly space and scroll down to the Connections section.

Click Add Integration

Select Nimbata as your integration and click Next

Activate Nimbata integration

Copy the Nimbata webhook

In Nimbata dashboard on the left panel, click Integrations

Select Cometly

Choose Triggers On: After Every Call

Paste the webhook

Calls will automatically track and send over to Cometly as a Contact event.
